The Auction

The Auction Event
The Connect 2010 Auction will be held Monday during the Partner’s reception. Auction bidding cards, to be used for both the auction and door prizes, will be available at the Partner’s reception. The number on your bidding card should match the number on your Connect registration badge. All items will be sold to the highest bidder. An EFI representative will be available on Tuesday in the solution center at the auction table to finalize paperwork on winning bids.

Auction Pre-Bids
You can pre-bid on EFI software auction items at the auction table in the Solution Center anytime before 3:00 PM on Monday. We will start the live bidding at a fraction of the pre-bid amount, automatically raising the bid against all other bidders until the pre-bid amount is matched or exceeded. You will win the item if the final bid is less than or equal to the pre-bid amount or if you continue and win the live bidding beyond the pre-bid amount. Anyone pre-bidding will be given a 20% coupon that can be applied towards the purchase of the item on or before June 30, 2010 should you not win the item at the live auction.  Coupon terms and conditions are available at the auction table in the Solution Center.

Auction proceeds
A portion of all auction proceeds will go to the Print & Graphic Scholarship Foundation (PGSF).

Door Prizes
Several great door prizes have been provided by event sponsors. Door prizes drawings will be conducted throughout the auction – you must be present to win.
