Jackie Cimino is EFI’s Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for EFI’s global human resources practice. She develops and executes on the company’s human capital strategy, overseeing all aspects of acquiring, growing, developing and retaining the high-caliber EFI team. Leading EFI’s global HR team since January 2006, Jackie is focused on delivering value to employees and managers. Jackie and her team are instrumental in driving business results and ensuring that everyone on the EFI team is working to accomplish the company’s mission of leading the print industry’s transformation from analog to digital color through best-in-class products, technology and services.

Jackie joined EFI from printCafe Software, Inc., a company EFI acquired in 2003 as a part of its long-term growth strategy. She brings more than 30 years of Human Resources expertise in linking business strategy and people development. During her tenure with printCafe, Jackie oversaw the company’s worldwide Human Resources function. She developed a new framework for performance management as well as more cost effective employee programs and processes. She was also a senior member of the company’s acquisition strategy, due diligence and integration team.

Jackie has amassed HR experience across a wide variety of business industries, such as technology investment, engineering professional services and health care, which allowed her to gain insight into how an industry segment and business strategy drive the human capital strategy and execution. Her focus prior to printCafe was primarily in the area of compensation, benefits and merger/acquisitions.

Jackie holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration and Finance from Robert Morris University.
