As the EFI CIO, Sheri provides vision and leadership for information technology services and initiatives that align with EFI’s overall business strategy, including EFI Cloud Services.  Sheri directs the strategic planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems and services to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, customer satisfaction, and leap frog technology innovation.
Prior to joining EFI, she spent six years at Symantec leading Business Application Services, driving strategy and execution of more than 200 software applications and platforms that powered Symantec’s business, including, Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Workday. She drove transformation initiatives in ERP, sales, marketing, human resources, contact center, data, and content in close partnership with the business units. Sheri also played a pivotal role in the effort to split IT operations when Symantec divested Veritas.  Lastly under her leadership, Symantec IT was recognized in 2015 by the International Data Group with a Digital Edge 25 award, honoring organizations that have leveraged digital technologies to transform their business.
Prior to joining Symantec, Sheri held IT leadership positions at Visa, Washington Mutual, KPMG, and Wells Fargo, where she directed and structured business relationships, project management, and technical organizations – both applications and infrastructure. She possesses extensive leadership experience in process reengineering, application development (insourced and outsourced), project management, business relationships, vendor management, and infrastructure.
Sheri holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master of business administration from San Diego State University.
