Training and Implementation
- Implementation Plan Reference Guide

The Guide includes an overview of what you can expect from your EFI® Pace system. It outlines the milestones that make up the implementation process and includes specific details and checklists for each milestone.
(Note: The milestones vary based on the specific modules that you license and the number of onsite training days you purchase. Some milestones may not apply to your particular implementation plan.)
- On-Site Consultation and Training
- With all implementations, we provide on-site training time with an EFI® Pace trainer. Your trainer educates you on the system, discusses your business processes and shows you how the system can meet your needs. The on-site training time is limited to areas where online training is not well suited and includes some EFI® Pace modules and the time required to put the system into production (go live) at your site.
- Computer-Based Training
- EFI® offers computer-based training (CBT) sessions that go over how specific EFI® Pace enhancements affect the various system modules. Now, you and your employees can budget time to learn the system at your own pace.
- Group and Personal Webinars
- Group Webinars enables customers to review the system and its operation online. Scheduled by an EFI® trainer, these sessions are generally one to two hours in length and cover basic information about specific topics in the system. EFI® also offers personalized online training and review sessions. These sessions usually occur after a group Webinar and cover your specific needs in a one-on-one session with an EFI® trainer. These sessions generally cover areas where specific questions and input do not apply to all customers or provide incidental information about a particular module.
- Fasttrack Seminars

EFI® Pace Fasttrack Seminars enable you to significantly reduce implementation time and to complete most of the required setup for the Estimating module with the guidance of an experienced EFI® Pace trainer. These multi-day seminars take place at the EFI® Pace office in Jacksonville Beach, FL or in the Continuing Education building on the University of Florida campus in Jacksonville, FL for larger classes.
