The paper comes in many different surfaces and textures such as matt, semi-matt and glossy and in many different sheet and roll sizes to meet all customer needs. Unlike other papers, each sheet also comes with the EFI or EFI-fogra backprint to ensure businesses of its high quality. EFI works closely with the paper supplier Tecco to ensure the paper meets all market requirements and can accommodate all industry trends.
Validation Media
EFI Validation proofing media provides users with simplified installation, improved productivity, increased profitability and ease of use – all with the consistency and reliability sealed by SWOP and GRACoL certification and the support of EFI and Chromaticity. EFI Validation media is the only media in the world to be both Gracol and Swop certified (by the IDEAlliance) with EFI Colorproof XF and Epson printers. All grades of EFI Validation media offer customers an unprecedented price/performance combination. While being priced competitively with stock medias, EFI Validation meets the industry’s most stringent quality and consistency requirements.
EFI’s Validation 250 Premium Satin is designed for use with Epson UltraChrome K3™ and similar ink sets. This media features a white point and gamut capacity specifically engineered to meet the requirements of high-end commercial proofing as defined by GRACoL® 7, the Graphic Communications Association graphics arts task force’s newest guidelines for quality color printing. EFI Validation 155 Offset Premium Proofing Media is a competitively-priced, 155 gram premium offset proofing media for use with both pigmented and dye-based ink sets. This media offers the look and feel of an actual offset press stock while demonstrating sufficient gamut to accurately proof commercial and publication print.

Proofing Paper
The proofing paper produces an accurate color match to any target and maintains color consistency over time. It also meets the highest quality requirements of contract proofing and is certified by fogra and SWOP, ensuring high-quality paper. EFI proofing paper spans all relevant paper types such as PT1, PT2, PT3, S1, S2, which allows for perfect simulation in offset and rotogravure printing.
