The Jetrion 4000 was the first narrow web digital press suited to economically run lengths of 50,000 labels and beyond. The system is the perfect fit for primary and secondary labels for a variety of markets, such as food and beverage, automotive, electronics, pharmaceutical and many more.
The Jetrion 4830 is a wider version with throughput increased by more than two times. The Jetrion 4830 can be added as a complementary piece of equipment to increase current printing efficiency or it can replace multiple, lower productivity printers so you can become more profitable and productive than ever before.
Feature Highlights
- Provides flexible printing options. The Jetrion 4000 prints on 6.5" (165 mm) web widths, with a printable width of 5.5" (139 mm) and can interface with a wide range of converting equipment. The Jetrion 4830 is a wider version that can handle web widths of up to 9" (229 mm) and prints up to 8.3” (210 mm) wide. It allows print speeds of up to 120 fpm. That way, throughput is increased by more than two times.

- True short run printing. Allows production proofing and test marketing without having to artificially “fill the frame”.
- Jetrion manufactured UV ink. Guarantees lowest cost, highest quality.
- Optimized workflow: Integrated with award-winning EFI Fiery XF RIP and EFI XFlow for outstanding color reproduction and ease of use.
- Direct UV ink-substrate compatibility: Eliminates the need and cost for pre-priming most substrates. Provides exceptional durability with no over varnish needed.
- Re-registration printing: Allows for 4-color dual-sided printing, as well as printing on pre-printed or pre-die-cut rolls.
- Advanced drop-on-demand (DOD) printheads and UV inkjet ink technology: The Jetrion 4000 & 4830 use DOD inkjet printheads with grayscale capability to deliver print resolutions of up to 1000 dpi, giving near photographic quality.
