Schawk Los Angeles and Universal Studios produced a “green” outdoor advertising campaign for the release of Evan Almighty, using EFI’s VUTEk roll-to-roll solvent printer and EFI ’s VUTEk BioVu™ inks.
Artfix Print Solutions of Sao Paulo, Brazil, used its VUTEk 3360 to produce 24 billboards featuring Picasso paintings. Printing a total of 2,000 square meters of graphics onto vinyl, Artfix produced the billboards in just 25 hours.
MediaCo located in Machester, England, used its new VUTEk 5330 to produce a billboard campaign for the successful Shrek 2 movie.
Polish-based large format specialist, Opinion, used their UltraVu® 5300 to print 400 square meters of mesh for a billboard for Oriflame, an international cosmetics company.
Unigraphics Inc. of Massachusetts used its VUTEk 5330 to produce one of America's largest billboards, measuring 72 meters x 6 meters, for part of the Stop Handgun Violence campaign. The company used two segments of 13 oz. self-adhesive vinyl to do it. The VUTEk 5330 easily allowed them to line up the overlapping vinyl sections, ensuring no visible seams. The completed billboard was installed at Fenway Park in Boston.
