EFI Production Printing Support

EFI® Worldwide Customer Support Center provides several support options for its Production Printing solutions. To learn more about these options, read the information below or click on the highlighted products.

For Fiery®, EDOX and DocStream, EFI provides Tier Three support for its OEM partners. This support includes assistance from EFI’s regional support locations spanning Foster City, California; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Amsterdam, The Netherlands; Tokyo, Japan and Sydney and Australia. The intent of this support is to provide our OEM partners with a primary EFI contact, while providing a presence for global and language support. EFI.com also includes product FAQs, security information and downloadable links for drivers and other EFI applications.

EFI provides two types customer support for our channel partners on EFI Balance™ and EFI MicroPress. The standard Tier Three option offers support services to EFI’s distribution partners, who are providing end user and reseller support. The goal is to ensure that EFI’s channel partners remain successful with their direct support of the products.

For those distributors who do not wish to provide reseller or Tier Two support, EFI has a reseller support plan for these companies. The goal of the reseller plan is to provide added support expertise and depth to the channel, enabling them to deliver higher quality support to the end user.

(Note: For earlier versions than MicroPress 7.0, EFI honors any existing Tier One support contracts.)
