EFI SDK Support Overview

EFI™ provides a number of services to enhance the EFI SDK user experience. These services are available to registered users only. For instance, we provide documentation such as:

Technical Support for Licensed Users

EFI technical support includes handling eight cases per quarter. All developer inquiries are made thorough email in accordance with any instructions provided by EFI. Additional support is available at a per hour rate.

Support for EFI SDK Website for Registered Users

Registered users can download the latest EFI SDK updates and bug fixes. They also can browse online documentation from sdk.efi.com.

Test Tools for Registered Users

The SAK CGI tool allows users to exercise various EFI SDK functions without writing code. The SAK tools are located at sdk.efi.com.

EFI SDK Test Server for Registered Users

EFI has Fiery® servers and software available for developers. Users can go to testfiery1.efi.com to test their applications that they've built using the EFI SDK APIs.
