On a quarterly basis, our Sr. Leadership presents an earnings release update meeting for all employees. Issues of interest within the company, marketplace, on Wall Street and employee concerns are addressed. The session is open to questions from employees and is everyone’s opportunity to voice their opinions or concerns directly to the executives.
