This page also tells you about the numerous benefits of upgrading your Fiery Command WorkStation® to the latest version which is highly recommended when upgrading your Color Profiler Suite. Depending on the version of Fiery Color Profiler Suite you own and the status of your Software Maintenance & Support Agreement (SMSA), you will need to take one of the actions noted below to get to the latest version.

Fiery Color Profiler Suite 5.x users
If you are a version 5 user with an active SMSA, congratulations, you can upgrade to the latest version right away. Go to the Fiery Software manager to download and installed the latest release. If you do not have Fiery Software Manager installed, the latest version can always be found here.
If you have an expired SMSA which expired less than 1 year ago, you will need to renew your agreement to rejoin the SMSA program to get to the latest version. Visit the EFI™ eStore to purchase right away. Alternatively, you can place an order with an Fiery partner or authorized reseller for part number 100000006105 (Fiery Color Profiler Suite Software Maintenance and Support Renewal) remembering to quote your instrument serial number.
If your SMSA expired more than 1 year ago, you need to order a 4/5 to 5 upgrade to get to the latest version. Visit the EFI eStore to purchase right away. Alternatively, you can place an order with an Fiery partner or authorized reseller for part number 3000013448 (Fiery CPS upgrade from V4/5.x to V5.x; digital delivery) or 3000013280 (Fiery CPS upgrade from V4/5.x to V5.x; physical delivery) remembering to quote your instrument serial number
You can check the status and expiration date of your SMSA within the Fiery Color Profiler Suite application, or within Fiery Software Manager. Your licensed instrument needs to be connected.
Fiery Color Profiler Suite 4.6> users
If you are a Fiery Color Profiler Suite 4.6> user, you need to order a 4/5 to 5 upgrade to get to the latest version. Visit the EFI eStore to purchase right away. Important!
When upgrading to the latest version of Fiery Color Profiler Suite it is highly recommended that you upgrade your Fiery Command WorkStation too. Fiery Command WorkStation upgrades also bring you many benefits — and they are completely free of charge.
