EFI offers two external digital front ends (DFE) — Xerox EX-P 2100 and EX 2100 Print Servers Powered by Fiery — driving the Xerox Versant 2100 Press. They are both targeted towards mid- to high-volume production environments. Based on the Fiery FS100 Pro platform, the Xerox EX-P 2100 and EX 2100 Print Servers offer performance- and image-enhancing features such as:

Fiery Ultra Smooth Gradients (1200 x 1200 dpi, 10-bit rendering resolution)
HyperRIP (EX-P 2100 Print Server only)

Windows 10 upgrade

There is a paid upgrade available for external Windows-based Fiery servers to Microsoft® Windows® 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB edition. Contact your Fiery dealer to purchase the upgrade package and get the latest security features. Get more information here.
