EFI offers two external digital front ends (DFE), the Xerox EX-P 3100 and EX 3100 Print Servers Powered by Fiery, driving the Xerox Versant 3100 Press. They are both targeted towards mid- to high-volume production environments. Based on the Fiery FS200 Pro platform, the Xerox EX-P 3100 and EX 3100 Print Servers offer performance- and image-enhancing features such as:

Fiery Ultra Smooth Gradients (1200 x 1200 dpi, 10-bit rendering resolution)
HyperRIP (EX-P 3100 Print Server only)

Windows 10 upgrade

There is a paid upgrade available for external Windows-based Fiery servers to Microsoft^® Windows^® 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB edition. Contact your Fiery dealer to purchase the upgrade package and get the latest security features. Get more information here.
