MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT

Electronics For Imaging, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“we, us, our, EFI”) are committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We respect international principles of human rights and strive to recognise and combat the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain.

We work with our suppliers to build a business with respect for human rights at its core.
EFI does not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring the highest ethical standards throughout our organization and across our supply chain. This statement addresses the period January 2024 to December 2024, our fiscal year.

EFI has in place clear policies to prevent slavery and human trafficking in its own organization. We also very seriously consider the dangers of such practices in the supply chain. EFI does not tolerate these activities within the organization or supply chain and are committed to taking appropriate steps to ensure everyone’s rights and freedom are respected.

EFI’s policy is to ensure that all operations and transactions are within the laws of the countries where we operate. We further seek to apply the highest international standards, wherever possible, in the way we employ people and do business. We also apply such standards to the management of outsourced services, temporary workers, and self-employed contractors.

We are a global company that has a principal place of business in New Hampshire, USA. We employ approximately 1150 global employees and operate in more than 13 locations across the globe.

EFI is an innovator in digital printing technology focused on transforming from analogue to digital imaging with scalable and digital products. EFI develops technologies for the manufacturing of signage, packaging, textiles, and display graphics, with a wide range of printers and inks.

A fundamental principal of EFI is to ensure that no EFI supplier uses child labor for the fulfilment of our orders for goods or services. EFI is a business that has been committed to the promotion of ethical business practices since its establishment. EFI attaches great importance to ensuring that its suppliers (including, but not limited to service providers, distributors, manufacturers, as well as any third party which has a relationship with any entity within EFI) and their subcontractors (collectively, “Suppliers”) share a set of common rules, practices, and principles with EFI with respect to labour standards and ethics and business integrity.

We will not tolerate the use of child labour in any circumstance. We will investigate if we are presented with information or a claim and believe there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the goods or services have been produced or created with the help of child labour. We will adopt and implement a strategic remediation/assistance plan if there is a reasonable suspicion of child labour.

As evidenced by its Supplier Code of Conduct and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“Codes”), EFI is committed to ensuring that its policies and practices are aligned with best ethical practice, benchmarked against targets for continual development and improvement. EFI’s works to ensure that all members of the Board of Directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and consultants (collectively referred to herein as “Service Providers”) of EFI and its subsidiaries uphold these standards in day-to-day activities.

To control and mitigate this risk, EFI is committed to:

(a) engaging capable suppliers that undertake to comply with strict standards as set forth in EFI’s
Supplier Code of Conduct available at https://www.efi.com/legal/supplier-code-of-conduct/, including
a requirement that they:

    (i) conduct their business lawfully, including by complying with all laws regarding slavery and
    human trafficking in the countries in which they do business;

    (ii) engage in practices that are not just commercially efficient, but which also see workers
    treated ethically and fairly;

    (iii) implement management systems and associated programs to ensure there is compliance and
    continual improvement with regards to ethical practices;

    (iv) complete regular risk assessment and risk management of its business practices;

    (v) do not make use of forced, prison or indentured labour;

    (vi) provide workers with a safe and healthy working environment; and

    (vii) ensure that their workers are provided applicable training, including training to recognise
    potential signs of forced labour and other modern slavery non-compliance.

    (b) assessing modern slavery risks by way of external assessments, inspections, investigations and
    reviews, in addition to requiring Supplier’s to complete periodic self-evaluations.

    As the matters covered by the Codes, policies, and procedures are of high importance to EFI, in the event of violation by a Supplier or Service Provider, EFI reserves the right to take disciplinary action, which may include immediate termination of employment or business relationship.
