Walter Loh

Chief Financial Officer

Walter Loh serves as the Chief Financial Officer of EFI, leading the global finance function and overseeing all aspects of global IT. He has extensive experience in finance, corporate strategy, restructuring, private equity, and investment banking globally. Before joining EFI, Walter was the CFO of Stratus Technologies / VP of Finance of Advanced Computing at Penguin Solutions, a NASDAQ-listed AI computing infrastructure company. He has spent nearly two decades with Siris Capital Group in various capacities, including as CFO of several portfolio companies and as a Siris Operating Executive. Prior to joining Siris, he was a VP at a NYC-based private equity firm, where he focused on investments in manufacturing and industrial markets. Walter started his career in the Merger Group of Goldman Sachs.

Walter has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BAS from the School of Engineering and Applied Science of the University of Pennsylvania.
